Account responsibility
Keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly and do not attempt to bypass permissions or security controls.
Vehicle and camera data
Location, vehicle, camera, event, and recording data may be processed to deliver tracking, regulatory, safety, and evidence-management functions. Users must handle this information only for authorised purposes.
Availability and accuracy
Live locations, video streams, alerts, and reports can be delayed or unavailable because of device, network, recorder, or third-party service conditions. Verify critical information through the appropriate operational channel.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the platform, upload harmful material, misuse personal data, impersonate another user, or use information obtained through VTS for an unauthorised purpose.
Changes and support
LATRA may update the service and these terms as operational or legal requirements change. Contact the VTS team if you need clarification about access or permitted use.
